Course Description:
This course teaches learners how to control the movement and velocity of AC motors using an Allen-Bradley MicroLogix 1000 PLC. The course covers the basics of PLCs and how to operate them, PLC programming, timers, counters, and PLC integration with motor control components. Additional topics include numbering systems, interlock functions, and time-driven sequencing.
